Join Syneos Health in partnership with a large biopharmaceutical company as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (PSR). The PSR role is responsible for building relationships with renowned experts, healthcare providers (HCPs), and prioritized stakeholders in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
Responsibilities
Achieve and/or exceed sales goals in an assigned territory by developing, implementing, and executing an integrated territory business plan that maximizes sales.
Identify key influencers and meet customer interaction expectations with a focus on top target customers.
Plan and organize activities to ensure regular and consistent coverage of the territory according to a defined action plan.
Deliver clinical brand‑specific presentations of product(s) to physicians and other appropriate health‑care professionals.
Develop a complete understanding of the health‑care delivery system within each assigned customer, including physician hierarchy, key pharmacy personnel, and clinical nursing staff.
Build deep product and competitor knowledge and understand local and regional market trends.
Analyze local trends, identify long‑ and short‑term goals, and craft a strong product business plan.
Collaborate and partner with peers in the sales organization, brand team, and other support partners to deliver an extraordinary customer experience.
Manage territory budget to support sales and marketing activities.
Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Execute the company brand strategy and tactics within the assigned geographic area.
Participate in training and development programs.
Maintain adherence to and compliance with all corporate, industry policies and procedures.
Essential Requirements
BA/BS degree required; Life Sciences preferred.
2+ years of pharmaceutical experience.
Ability to identify key decision makers, build positive relationships, and influence prescribing habits.
Skill to learn, apply, and communicate product and disease‑state information.
Proven track record of exceeding results.
Team player who can also work independently and is highly collaborative and motivated to succeed.
Strong communication, business analytics, and account management skills.
Desired Requirements
Respiratory experience.
Salary Annual base salary ranges from $60,000 to $80,000. Commission and bonus may be earned based on company and individual performance.
