Senior HR Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain dashboards and reports analyzing HR data (e.g., headcount, turnover, recruiting, performance) to support HR and leadership decision‑making
Identify trends and deliver insights related to employee retention, engagement, and productivity
Standardize and streamline HR data collection processes to improve efficiency and data quality
Partner with regional HR teams to ensure data integrity across HR systems and reporting tools
Collaborate with recruiting teams to ensure consistent data definitions and generate insights that improve sourcing strategies and hiring outcomes
Support the development and maintenance of predictive models (e.g., turnover risk, hiring success) under guidance from the Head of Total Rewards
Document HR data processes, metric definitions, and reporting standards to ensure consistency across dashboards and leadership reports
Present findings and recommendations to HR leadership in a clear, actionable manner
Work closely with People Operations to validate data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure reliable end‑to‑end HR data flows
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
4 – 7 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related analytical role
Strong analytical and quantitative problem‑solving skills
Strong experience analyzing HR data and metrics across areas such as headcount, recruiting, turnover, and performance
Proficiency in Excel and experience building dashboards and reports using BI or reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
Demonstrated ability to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reports
Ability to manage sensitive workforce and employee data confidentially
Ability to clearly communicate data insights and findings to HR and business stakeholders
Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem‑solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g., BambooHR, Workday, or similar systems)
Exposure to predictive or trend‑based analysis (e.g., turnover risk, hiring outcomes)
Familiarity with data governance practices, metric definitions, and documentation standards
Experience partnering with cross‑functional HR teams (e.g., Recruiting, People Operations, Total Rewards)
Comfort collaborating with Finance and IT departments
Prior experience supporting a global or multi‑regional workforce
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
Compensation for the role will be commensurate with experience. The total expected base salary range will be between $80,000‑$90,000. This position is eligible for additional compensation.
