Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain scalable backend applications using Django or Laravel
Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences
Design and implement RESTful APIs and data models
Optimize application performance and database queries
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
Participate in code reviews and follow development best practices
Requirements
0–4 years of experience in backend development using Django (Python) or Laravel (PHP)
Solid understanding of OOP, MVC architecture, and REST APIs
Experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.)
Familiarity with Git and version control workflows
Ability to write clean, secure, and maintainable code
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Solid understanding of prompt engineering and the ability to work with modern AI tools for automation or enhancement of workflows
Bonus: Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud services (AWS, GCP, etc.)
