TERRITORY SALES MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES You're a major driver of our company's revenue growth and business development initiatives, leading sales representatives and building teams to ensure they're succeeding in their individual roles. With a growth mindset, you'll oversee the operations within your territory and advise employees as needed to improve success rates. You'll hire talented new representatives and develop effective strategies for securing more business to grow the company. Your analytical mindset and excellent leadership skills will make a substantial impact throughout your territory.

Excellent sales skills and aptitude
Team-building and coaching skills
Leadership abilities
Ability to service the Atlanta, Birmingham, and Nashville areas
Experience in a district sales or leadership position would be beneficial but isn't required for the right person.
COMPENSATION & PERKS Pay: Competitive salary and performance incentives
Schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00 or 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
