What You Will Do
Work on complex, high-volume solutions leveraging technologies such as Angular, React, NextJS, Spring Boot, Python, .NET, and platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
On certain projects, design and build advanced solutions involving agentic AI workflows, ML-powered decision engines, and custom chatbots
Tackle data challenges to drive business value, whether through traditional analytics or by preparing data for advanced AI/ML models
Implement APIs on cloud platforms, automate infrastructure as code using Terraform, and collect/analyze data for cloud readiness and security assessments
Engage directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring solutions are meaningful and impactful
Lead your team in client demos and other presentations, developing and showcasing your leadership skills
Mentor junior team members and support practice and company development through R&D, peer training, and reusable solution accelerator development
Set up product backlogs, code repositories, and build/release management tools
Create presentation decks for client stakeholder meetings
Coach and lead junior resources on projects

Opportunity for Advanced AI Projects: For clients seeking a competitive edge, you may work on projects building sophisticated agentic AI workflows with CrewAI, deploying ML-powered decision engines, or developing production‑grade chatbots.
Continuous Learning: Supported by our dedicated AI Tiger Team, you'll have the resources to continuously learn and explore emerging tools, ensuring you stay at the forefront of modern software development practices.
Who You Are
You are an experienced, hands‑on software architect with at least 6 years in technology consulting
You spend at least 40% of your time actively developing code and have a passion for technology breadth, staying up to date on the latest application development technologies and trends across all software development disciplines and processes
You possess a deep understanding of multiple technology development stacks, including UX, middle‑tier, and database platforms
You are well-versed in various software development methodologies and understand the benefits and challenges of each
You lead teams developing complex, high‑volume, mission‑critical enterprise solutions from the ground up, using a variety of technical components deployed in highly available environments
You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage customers at both business and technical levels, and can handle complex organizational dynamics to deliver client satisfaction
You possess experience with one or more of the following programming languages: Java, Scala, .NET, Rust, client and server‑side JavaScript (React, Angular, NodeJS), Python, Ruby
You have experience with one or more of the following cloud platforms and container technologies: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless architectures such as AWS Lambda
You have experience with one or more of the following DevOps and automation tools: CI/CD platforms (e.g., GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), infrastructure as code tools (e.g., Terraform), cloud‑native APIs, automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress), and data automation tools (e.g., Liquibase)
You incorporate AI tooling, efficiencies, and code assistance tooling in your everyday workflows
Denver Pay Range $130,000—$170,000 USD.
