Job Summary This is a hybrid role — approximately 90% field-based within the Eagle Pass market and 10% remote. The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for building client relationships, driving sales growth, and representing the company's products and services across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with existing and prospective clients in the Eagle Pass territory
Execute sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets
Conduct in-person client visits, product presentations, and follow-ups
Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline reports
Collaborate with regional and national sales teams
Requirements
Bilingual — Spanish and English required
Must reside within 50–75 miles of Eagle Pass, TX
Proven track record in territory or B2B sales
Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
