In This Role, You Will …
Lead enterprise-wide testing programs for web, mobile, API, cloud, and enterprise applications.
Define and implement enterprise QA strategies, test plans, testing standards, and governance frameworks.
Manage functional, integration, system, regression, UAT, automation, and performance testing activities.
Develop and maintain automated regression test suites for continuous validation and release readiness.
Lead performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing initiatives.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and DevOps teams.
Support CI/CD integration and shift‑left testing practices.
Establish QA metrics, dashboards, defect management processes, and quality reporting standards.
Identify testing risks, dependencies, bottlenecks, and mitigation strategies.
Mentor QA engineers and coordinate offshore/onshore testing teams and vendor partners.
Ensure production readiness and support release management activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience in Software Testing / Quality Assurance
Strong experience in enterprise application testing and QA leadership
Hands‑on experience with Test Automation Tools like Selenium, Worksoft along with Performance testing tools like Loadrunner, Tricentis
Experience testing integrations with SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms
Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
Bonus Qualifications
Performance testing certifications preferred
Experience with AI‑driven testing and quality engineering practices
Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions
Base Salary Range $190,000 - $228,000 a year
There are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. A sign‑on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. The listed range applies only to the base salary. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate’s relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The salary range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
