Senior Business Analyst – Client Data Strategy Neuberger is looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented individual to join us as a Senior Business Analyst in the Client Data Strategy team. This team plays a critical role in providing strategic oversight of client data and reporting for our global client coverage organizations, leading the development and execution of a multi‑year roadmap focused on delivering value across the client data lifecycle, including data architecture, governance, acquisition, quality management, business intelligence, and advanced analytics. Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and analyze business needs, translating them into actionable requirements. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements. Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions to improve client data management and business outcomes. Develop and maintain process automation workflows using Visual Studio / Claude CoPilot and Python to streamline data management and reporting processes. Maintain the Client Analytics Database Model with business‑driven views and custom data sets for simplified downstream consumption and reporting. Design, build, and maintain business analytics reports and dashboards using Tableau and other visualization tools. Conduct in‑depth analysis of large volumes of client data to extract actionable insights and support strategic decision‑making. Deliver business metrics and insights through reports, presentations, and interactive dashboards. Document detailed business requirements documents, including workflows, process diagrams, and report mock‑ups, ensuring clarity and alignment with stakeholders. Manage project tasks, timelines, risks, and issues, ensuring timely and successful delivery of objectives. Partner with IT and business teams to validate solutions through user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure final deliverables meet both technical and business expectations. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business Analytics, or a related field of study. 6+ years of hands‑on experience in managing data and analytics projects within Financial Services / Asset Management. Experience working with client and product data for US mutual funds, UCITS, ETFs, alternatives, and other fund vehicles, including fund administrator data, firm/office/financial advisor data, and client coverage models. Strong analytical, writing, and technical skills. Proficiency in SQL and Tableau (or comparable BI tools) is required; experience with Snowflake, Visual Studio, Claude CoPilot, Python, and Salesforce.com (or another CRM platform) is preferred. Demonstrated ability to break down complex business problems into meaningful components and translate them into actionable business solutions. Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical ideas to business users. Strong attention to detail, business acumen, and excellent time management and organizational skills. Team player with a strong work ethic and focus on meeting deadlines and objectives. Ability to work independently and demonstrate critical thinking. Applicants must be authorized and have the right to work in the country where the role is located without the need for current or future sponsorship. Compensation Salary range: $130,000 – $150,000. The actual pay may differ based on qualifications, experience, geography, and other factors. This role may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is part of the total comprehensive package.
