Job Summary Develop pre‑defined, partner‑led offerings based on PANW next‑gen security platforms, including service descriptions, end‑customer use cases, technology capabilities mapping, support models, delivery flows, runbooks, and troubleshooting guides. Recommend advisory, implementation, and/or managed offers and best practices curated to partner requirements, and provide technical enablement and support to partner personnel through webinars, workshops, and training. Create and influence technical documentation and facilitate environments for labs, demos, and technology showcases to support partner offerings. Maintain, optimize, and refine our partner offerings throughout their lifecycle and champion internal enhancements based on partner feedback. Responsibilities Recommend advisory, implementation, and/or managed offers and best practices curated to partner requirements. Assist Business Development with vetting of partner technical capabilities prior to offer development and ahead of launch. Provide technical enablement and support for partner personnel (pre‑sales, delivery, operations, professional services, consulting) as a trusted advisor through partner‑specific webinars, workshops, and ongoing discussions. Create and influence technical documentation, including offer development processes, technical collateral, internal system flows, reference architectures, and learnings for future enhancements. Facilitate and manage environments for labs, demos, partner training, and technology showcases to support partner offerings. Maintain, optimize, and refine partner offerings across their lifecycle with new capabilities while ensuring efficient and consistent consumption by partners and end‑customers. Champion internal enhancements that benefit partner offers, collaborating with Business Development on product innovations, new reference architecture models, process/system optimization, and technical program benefits. Collaborate with internal technical partners and support them as a subject‑matter expert on technical partner offers, including domain consultants, developer relations, product management & engineering, professional services, customer success, and other SMEs. Architect solutions that strengthen and simplify partners’ security posture and help customers build and develop services around Cortex Cloud. Qualifications 10+ years of experience working with systems integrators and/or enterprise customers in a technical capacity. Experience selling, demonstrating, installing, and/or troubleshooting cloud security products; working with both hardware and cloud‑based security platforms. Experience with Cloud Security technologies, including Runtime Security and CNAPP (DevSecOps, IaC, CloudOps), and related components; log management and SIEM is a plus. Proven experience developing, managing, and/or supporting technical offers with SP, MSSP, and/or GSI partners. Experience and understanding of cybersecurity and latest market trends; directional familiarity or certification in Palo Alto Networks technologies. Experience with API orchestration tools, scripting, Unix/Linux, and Windows operating systems. Proficiency with G‑Suite preferred. Bachelor of Science degree or higher and/or relevant industry certifications (e.g., CCSP, CCSK) preferred. Highly driven, collaborative, solution‑based mindset with strong sense of urgency and ability to build trusted relationships. Strong internal and external interpersonal skills, written and verbal; adaptability in fast‑paced, dynamic situations. Passion for continuous education and collaborative knowledge sharing with partners and peers. Travel of at least 25% within the designated region and subject to travel policy. Preferred Skills Experience with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) in the context of enterprise security, including threat detection and prediction, automated security response, security analytics and reporting, AI‑driven security tools and platforms. Compensation Disclosure The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non‑sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below: $186,000.00 - $255,000.00/yr.
