Instructional Skills: Ability to design, deliver, and assess learning experiences that prepare students for industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CCNA) Skill in developing hands-on, project-based labs and experiential learning activities Experience using technology to support instruction in hybrid, online, and in-person environments
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field strongly preferred. Teaching and curriculum development experience in a college setting Continued industry engagement, such as conferences, workshops, and certifications Knowledge of Industrial Control Systems Knowledge of Information Technology Disaster Management Knowledge of Identity and Access Management Physical Requirements Everett Community College follows the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and provides the following information as a guideline for applicants: Ability to operate office equipment, including computers, printers, and telecommunication devices. Terms of Employment Temporary, part-time position with quarterly assignments, days/times vary by courses taught FLSA overtime exempt Position is subject to Everett Community College policies and procedures. Represented by the American Federation of Teachers (AFT) Collective Bargaining Agreement Performance will be evaluated in accordance with the AFT Collective Bargaining Agreement
