Position Summary We’re seeking a passionate, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail team. As a frontline ambassador of the Cleobella brand, you’ll deliver exceptional service, inspire customers with our product story, and help cultivate a welcoming and elevated in-store experience that reflects our values. Key Responsibilities Greet and engage customers with a friendly, authentic approach. Understand and communicate Cleobella’s brand story, ethical values, and product details to customers. Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to enhance sales and satisfaction. Accurately process purchases, returns, and exchanges using POS systems. Maintain store presentation standards — including visual merchandising, housekeeping, and inventory replenishment. Support inventory management tasks: receiving, organizing, and tagging merchandise. Assist with opening/closing procedures, including cash-handling and store readiness. Participate in team meetings, training, and brand initiatives as directed. Uphold Cleobella’s commitment to sustainability, conscious retailing, and positive customer experiences. Qualifications Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred (fashion retail a plus). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for sustainable fashion, ethical craftsmanship, and conscious consumerism. Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as business needs require.
