Key Responsibilities: About the role TDi Sustainability is an advisory firm with a mission: to help businesses create long term value while driving positive change for people and the planet. Our work spans ESG advisory, supply chain due diligence, sustainable investment, and multi‑stakeholder engagement. Our clients include industry leaders in electronics, automotive, energy, and mining sectors. With TDi’s Digital Platform, we’re leveraging technological innovation to enhance traceability and accountability across complex global value chains.
As an ESG Data Analyst, you will lead research and exploratory data analysis, data collection and analysis, data maintenance, and support the creation of tools and dashboards to guide our clients in responsible business practices. You will play a central role in converting raw data and ESG frameworks into coherent, actionable insights, supporting TDi’s digital platforms, as well as consulting workstreams, product development, and client communications. You should have a natural affinity for working with data, be methodical and logical, and have a desire to develop both your technical data and subject matter knowledge to maximise the impact your skills can bring to TDi. We are a small team, and so curiosity, critical thinking and initiative are attributes we value very highly. We are more interested in your ability to perform the role and to develop within it, than having a perfect match with our list of experience and skills. So if you don’t match every criterion but think you sound like the right person for this role, we encourage you to apply.
