Raytheon's Receiver/Exciter & Processing Architecture (REPA) Department is the focal point for receiver, exciter, beam steering, and signal processing technology. This role seeks a Senior Hardware Production Support Engineer to solve design and manufacturing problems, provide innovative solutions across assembly, integration, testing, and production transition. Key Responsibilities Enhance electrical engineering skills working with digital, analog and/or RF hardware testing and debugging complex circuit card assemblies. Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and other engineering disciplines to resolve production, testing, and integration issues. Lead failure analysis/root‑cause determination and implement corrective actions. Perform circuit analysis, characterization, modeling, and simulation of electronic subsystems. Process Engineering Change Notices and Variances through the Configuration Control Board. Support the transition to production of new products. Develop test equipment, establish test requirements and procedures. Travel to support sites in Andover, MA and Tucson, AZ as required. Qualifications B.S./M.S. in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics with minimum 5 years of relevant experience. 3+ years experience in testing/troubleshooting RF, analog, digital and/or mixed‑signal circuits. U.S. citizenship required; active U.S. Secret clearance required. Experience in failure analysis/RCC A investigations preferred. Proficiency with logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, etc. Experience in production environment and applying Statistical Process Control methods. Strong technical writing and presentation skills. Preferred Skills Supplier and factory issue resolution experience. Knowledge of energy phase noise analyzers, real‑time spectrum analyzers, performance network analyzers. Benefits & Compensation Salary range $86,800 - $165,200 USD.
