TOP 2 required skills: Deskside Support role doing hardware repair, troubleshooting of hardware and software images, IMAC tasks, and Customer Service
Years of experience: 3-6 years, minimum of 3
Certifications or education: A + is nice to have
What radius range should candidates be located to 12345: 30 minute commute max
Candidate review and interviews start: As soon as candidates submitted, I will schedule. We do 2 rounds – round 1 – phone screen, round 2 – video conference with the site
Comfortability providing hands & feet support for Server and Network is a plus.
Experience supporting mobile data plans, mobile networks, and devices is a plus.
Scope
Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.
Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems.
Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security, and systems groups.
Trains employees, identifies, analyzes, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed.
Network connection issues, track network connections back to network switches.
Escalates problems and issues to a higher level of support if unable to resolve.
Represents CompuCom in a professional and businesslike manner and communicates effectively with customers and associates.
Interacts with customers, responding to routine technical questions or requests for information.
