Previous experience as a Veterinary Technician or Veterinary Assistant Reliable transportation and strong attendance (timely/early to shifts) Availability to work rotating Saturdays (8:45am–1:00pm) Excellent client communication and interpersonal skills A positive, team-oriented mindset Compassion, professionalism, and a genuine love for animals
Preferred (but not required):
Veterinary Technician certification (CVT, RVT, or LVT), or eligibility for licensure Degree from an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technology program
What You'll Do As a valued member of our medical team, you will:
Collaborate closely with veterinarians and support staff during exams, treatments, and procedures Safely handle and care for patients, including administering medications and vaccines Collect and process laboratory samples and maintain accurate medical records Monitor patients and advocate for their comfort and well-being Educate clients with clear, compassionate communication about their pet's care Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient hospital environment Contribute to a respectful, supportive workplace culture grounded in teamwork and trust
