Baylor Scott & White Medical Center - Trophy Club is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to join our family. includes Retention Bonus of $5,000 Respiratory Therapist
is responsible for performing the respiratory care needs for assigned patients. The Respiratory Therapist shall assume responsibility for implementing and assessing the therapeutic needs of the patients. The Respiratory Therapist
is responsible for the dispersing of respiratory interventions, also to outline the roles and responsibilities determined necessary and essential for the delivery of services and care to the patient population served by Baylor Surgical Medical Center at Trophy Club.
Required Skills Registry-eligible CRT/RRT
Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner by Texas Department of Health
Current BLS and ACLS certification
Obtain PALS certification within 90 days Independent decision making skills
Required Experience
Minimum of 2 years critical care hospital Respiratory Therapy
Qualifications: Registry-eligible CRT/RRT
