Configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair network related hardware and software. Tier I networking related customer support for remote end users and service technicians Uses software to monitor network performance Works with internet service providers to resolve internet outages Assists team with maintaining network documentation and training guides Assists in the configuration of VoIP phones, switches, routers, access points, and firewalls.
