ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their information needs, create reports and dashboards, and leverage BI tools to enhance data accessibility and usability within the organization.
Ensure the effective collection, analysis, and visualization of data to support decision-making processes, identify business trends, and optimize performance across the BI landscape.
Manage the design, development, and maintenance of reports using Power BI and other reporting and data transformation tools.
Conduct training and mentorship for team members and end users on BI tools.
Gather, analyze, and interpret large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic business decisions.
Guide data governance and ensure data accuracy, integrity, consistency, and validity.
Maintain and improve existing reports that are deemed business critical.
Compile and contribute to maintaining accurate supporting documentation.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies around data and advanced analytics.
REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE
Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to interact with business stakeholders and translate business needs into visual reports.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proficiency in a variety of data analysis tools and data visualization platforms within the Microsoft stack.
Strong ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and draw meaningful conclusions.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics.
Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying current on the latest data analytic tools, techniques, and industry trends.
Experience in cross‑functional collaboration and liaising with development teams using Agile methodology.
