Hematology/Oncology Physician Opportunity NRMC is seeking a Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our rural healthcare team. This role provides the opportunity to deliver compassionate cancer care and chronic blood disorder management in a community where access to oncology services is limited. Practice Overview
Diagnosis and treatment of solid tumors and hematologic conditions Outpatient oncology clinic with infusion services Coordination of chemotherapy and treatment plans Collaboration with external cancer centers for advanced care Strong opportunity to build a vital local cancer care service

71-bed rural hospital Significant regional need for oncology services Next closest oncology centers located 60+ miles away Strong community support and referral pipeline Focus on continuity and compassionate care
Clinical Support & Resources
Infusion and nursing support services Laboratory and imaging capabilities on-site Referral relationships with tertiary cancer centers Multidisciplinary care coordination
Qualifications
MD or DO with Missouri licensure eligibility Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology Experience in outpatient oncology preferred Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
