High School Diploma or equivalent. CPR and de-escalation certification required within 30 days of hire. Previous experience in a psychiatric health-care facility with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred. 1 year of experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting.
