Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program Clinical rotations with a focus in surgery are highly desirable Certifications
Valid and unexpired PA-C certification required BLS and ACLS certifications necessary State Physician Assistant licensure or eligibility Skills
Solid grounding in surgical protocols and sterile techniques Demonstrated competency in interpreting clinical studies and aiding in complex medical decisions Strong communication abilities and interpersonal skills Capacity to perform well in high-stress situations, particularly in surgical environments Empathetic approach to patient care, recognizing the dignity and autonomy of each individual Benefits
