The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles. Position Summary Provides direct patient care to psychiatric inpatients including but not limited to, milieu safety/management, individual patient intervention, mental health assessment, and monitoring level of functioning. In addition, provide treatment planning, psycho-educational groups, process groups, focus groups, and documents of these actions. Functions as an active member of the multidisciplinary team. Qualifications
Associates Degree or 2 years of training. Bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field is preferred. Minimum of 1 year of experience in social support services such as mental health, social services agencies, hospitals or education. Behavioral Healthcare experience is highly desirable.
