Support Commercial Directors and Account Managers with day‐to‐day sales coordination activities. ·
Assist with preparation, tracking, and follow‐up of customer quotations. ·
Maintain accurate customer data, pricing, and program information in ERP and CRM systems. ·
Support account managers during pre‐award, launch, and post‐launch phases. ·
Prepare customer presentation materials, meeting agendas, and follow‐up documentation as needed. Customer Communication & Coordination ·
Act as a point of contact for customers on routine commercial inquiries, routing issues appropriately. ·
Coordinate internal responses to customer requests for information (RFQs, pricing updates, documentation). ·
Track customer communications and ensure timely follow‐up and closure. ·
Assist with customer onboarding activities, including documentation and system setup. Cross‐Functional Collaboration ·
Coordinate closely with Estimating to support quote accuracy, completeness, and turnaround time. ·
Work with Program Management and Engineering to support customer launches and changes. ·
Collaborate with Finance on pricing validation, invoicing issues, and commercial documentation. ·
Support Commercial leadership with sales reporting, forecasting data, and account information. Sales Operations & Administration ·
Track and report sales activity, quote status, and customer metrics as required. ·
Assist in maintaining sales forecasts and commercial tracking tools. ·
Ensure compliance with company commercial processes, documentation standards, and controls. ·
Maintain organized sales files, records, contracts, and correspondence. ·
Support departmental planning activities and special projects as assigned. General Responsibilities ·
Support continuous improvement initiatives within Commercial operations. ·
Maintain confidentiality of customer, pricing, and company information. ·
Comply with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards. ·
Perform other duties as assigned to support commercial and business objectives. Skill and Education Requirements ·
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered. ·
1–3 years of experience in sales support, customer service, commercial administration, or a manufacturing environment preferred. ·
Experience working in a manufacturing or automotive/industrial environment is a plus. Knowledge & Skills ·
Strong organizational and time‐management skills. ·
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ·
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. ·
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‐paced environment. ·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). ·
Experience with ERP and/or CRM systems preferred. ·

Work is performed primarily in an office environment with routine interaction with manufacturing areas. ·
Regular interaction with Sales, Engineering, Program Management, Finance, and Customers. ·
