Conduct complex laboratory tests accurately and efficiently. Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments. Follow strict safety and quality control protocols. Document test results and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure timely communication of results. Comply with all regulatory and accreditation standards. Qualifications:
Hold an ASCP, AMT, or AAB certification. Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting. Demonstrate proficiency with Cerner or similar LIS systems. Be a Med Technologist or Med Lab Scientist; Med Lab Technician candidates will not be considered. Have a valid state license or certification as required.
