What You'll Do
Provide high-quality ICU patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment Assess patient condition and implement appropriate nursing interventions Use EPIC documentation system effectively Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and execute patient care plans Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments Maintain compliance with all safety and healthcare regulations Demonstrate professional communication and teamwork
What You Need Required:
Current RN license in the state of practice Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications from the American Heart Association Proficiency with EPIC and other clinical software Strong communication, judgment, and interpersonal skills
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in nursing Certification in clinical specialty area
