What You'll Do
Assist physicians during surgical procedures with professionalism and competence Handle and maintain surgical instruments and supplies to ensure readiness Maintain sterile environments and adhere to infection control protocols Support department operations and ensure smooth workflow Adhere to safety, quality, and compliance standards Perform disinfection and maintenance of surgical equipment, including endoscopes Ensure accurate documentation and technical support during procedures Adapt to changing needs with a positive attitude
What You Need Required: Surgical Technology Certification (CST or equivalent) BLS certification (American Heart Association) 2+ years of surgical tech experience in L&D setting Strong organizational and time management skills Good judgment and ability to work independently Preferred: Additional certifications or specialized experience in surgical or L&D environments
