Business Analyst II – Hybrid 1. This role requires associates to be in-office 1‑2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity while supporting flexibility. Alternate locations may be considered for candidates who reside within commuting distance from an office. The position is based in the United States and is part of Elevance Health’s business support team. Key Responsibilities
Analyze business needs to determine optimal solutions. Translate business requirements into specific application software requirements. Collaborate with programming staff to ensure requirements are incorporated into system design and testing. Act as liaison with end‑users to address questions and issues related to the software. Facilitate root‑cause analysis and data analytics as needed. Required Qualifications
BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of related business analysis experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Problem‑solving, facilitation, and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a hybrid team environment. Preferred Skills and Experience
Knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations. Experience with Facets, Macess, and ACMP systems. Claims processing experience. Experience with medical coding and/or data analytics. CPC certification. Benefits
