ISRs communicate with customers to identify needs, collect deposits and payments, schedule rentals and complete contracts. ISRs also assist with making the showroom presentable and clean, as well as assisting other staff in the yard and the shop. If you are excited to help customers find the right tool for the job, this can be a great position for you./ph3Duties:/h3ulliWorks heavily on the phone with customers to generate rentals and assist them in other business needs/liliResponsible for assisting fellow sales representatives with all rental coordination efforts/liliSupporting our customers by opening and closing rental contracts/liliCoordination and dispatching of drivers for deliveries and pick-ups/liliFirst line of support for excellent customer service/liliUnderstand and inquire with customers about their projects to meet their needs/liliSupport other staff in the showroom and in the yard as needed/li/ulh3Knowledge/Skills/Abilities You May Rely On:/h3ulliImpeccable customer service/liliStrong communication and organization skills/liliAbility to work in a fast-paced environment/liliProficient with Microsoft Office and other business software/liliAbility to juggle competing priorities with strong verbal and written communication skills/liliCustomer service minded, strong administrative, people oriented professional/li/ulh3Requirements:/h3ulliQualified candidates should have a minimum of two years experience in a construction or equipment-related environment/liliQualified candidates should have a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service/liliHigh School Diploma or equivalent/liliValid drivers license and acceptable driving record/li/ulpWhat A Tool Shed Offers:/ppWe train on the job!/ppTotal compensation package includes base pay plus robust commission plan, and benefits plan including medical, dental, 401K./ppPay: $18 - 22 per hour, plus commission, DOE/p/div
