The Inside Sales Representative is a high-impact role responsible for generating profitable revenue through new customer acquisition and account growth
executed primarily by phone, video, and digital outreach from our San Antonio headquarters. This role is ideal for hunters who are motivated to build a pipeline, close business, and grow with Pro-Vigil's industry-leading surveillance solutions. The Inside Sales Representative works closely with the Sales Development and Enterprise sales teams, serving as a critical link in a coordinated, full-funnel revenue organization. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas established by Pro-Vigil. Develop and execute a proactive outreach strategy to identify, engage, and win new business opportunities across fixed and mobile surveillance markets. Apply BANT principles to qualify leads and ensure alignment with Pro-Vigil's target customer profile. Maintain a robust sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring all opportunities are accurately tracked and consistently advanced. Cultivate relationships with target accounts at all organizational levels through phone, video, and digital channels. Articulate Pro-Vigil's value proposition, delivering solution-based presentations tailored to each prospect's security, compliance, and operational needs. Leverage LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting tools to drive targeted outreach. Partner with Sales Development Representatives to convert qualified leads into active opportunities, and collaborate with the Enterprise sales team on accounts with multi-location or strategic potential. Negotiate and close sales and service agreements, securing profitable, long-term client relationships. Maintain current knowledge of Pro-Vigil's solutions and represent the company with integrity and professionalism. Results Orientation: Pursues goals with energy and determination, committed to exceeding targets. 25 years of sales experience; SaaS or service-based sales experience is a strong plus. Demonstrated track record of quota achievement. Proficient in BANT methodology for qualifying and prioritizing opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to deliver effective remote presentations. Skilled in Salesforce CRM (preferred). Bachelor's degree preferred. This is an in-office role based in San Antonio, TX.
