Assist in implementing treatment plans by delivering high-quality physical therapy procedures. Document patient progress accurately within established protocols. Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations, policies, and safety standards. Prepare and maintain treatment areas and equipment to ensure readiness for therapy sessions. Collaborate with the supervising therapist to modify treatments based on patient response and progress. Maintain certifications and licensing, verifying currency and compliance prior to start. Qualifications:
Hold a valid State License as a Physical Therapy Assistant at the time of submission. Possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting. Demonstrate proficiency with Epic charting and handling specific documentation requirements. Be AHA certified in BLS and ensure all certifications are current and in hand. Exhibit knowledge of healthcare compliance policies including background checks and clearance for any prior DUIs or background hits. Benefits & Growth:
