Non-Surgical Podiatrist

Full-time position, Monday-Friday, with clinic hours from 7:30am - 5pm
Providing care at 3 sites: Everett, Medford and Cambridge Hospital campuses
The ideal candidate will provide exceptional non-surgical care for patients with foot and ankle conditions
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a comprehensive, patient-focused healthcare system and serve a diverse patient population
Perform comprehensive podiatric evaluations and assessments for patients with foot and ankle conditions
Educate patients on preventive care and wellness strategies to maintain foot and ankle health
Qualifications:
Doctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) degree from an accredited school of podiatry
Board certification or eligibility through ABPM
Active and unrestricted Massachusetts state license (or eligibility for licensure)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on patient-centered care
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex patient cases
Strong commitment to and passion for our multicultural, underserved patient population
Benefits and compensation:
CHA offers a comprehensive benefits package, including generous paid time off (296 hours annually), medical/dental/vision insurance, 403b retirement plan with employer match, CME time and money, etc
The full-time guaranteed base salary for medical podiatry ranges from $150,000-$200,000 is based on years of experience.
