Required Qualifications
Radiation Therapist, Radiation Experience: 2 years Licenses: RADTHER-NH Certifications: T-ARRT(Copy Needed)
BLS-AHA(Copy Needed) SSN Required DOB Required Work History: Should not be more than 30 days of gap in entire work history Oncology experience - Required VARIAN TRUEBEAM experience - REQUIRED ARIA (Treatment Record and Management) EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED Previous travel experience - Highly Preferred Traveler must have their own vehicle for this need LITTLE OR NO RTO WILL BE APPROVED FOR THIS NEED. PERM STAFF HAVE PRIORITIZED RTO AND THERE ARE FEW IF ANY SUMMER DAYS AVAILABLE FOR TRAVELERS. Cheshire will not consider \"Local Travelers\" (those who reside within 50 miles of facility).
