Collaborate with Interprofessional Teams: Consciously work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nurses to provide comprehensive, whole-patient care. Guide Patients and Family Members: Teach patients and their families about therapy methods to encourage continued growth at home. Track Progress and Document Results: Monitor clinical outcomes and modify treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that patients stay on track. Education
Bachelor's or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Encouragement and financial support for continued education and post-graduate certifications. Certifications
Up-to-date Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required. Skills
