Job Description
Cultivate Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' unique needs and craft individualized therapy approaches that enable them to reach their functional aspirations. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage evidence-based interventions to help enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and essential daily living skills. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, medical professionals, and nursing staff to guarantee comprehensive care. Guide Patients and Caregivers: Provide education on therapeutic methods to ensure consistent progress outside of the clinical setting. Track and Document Progress: Monitor clinical advancements and modify treatment strategies as necessary to keep patients on their path to recovery. Education
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution. Encouragement for continuing education or relevant post-graduate certifications. Certifications
Current active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license. NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is mandatory. Skills
