Base Pay: Earn a base rate of $20–$25 per 50-minute classic massage, based on your experience and skill level. Commissions & Upgrades: Take advantage of our uncapped commission structure, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings with every service. Upgrade commissions range from $3–$9, and our top-performing therapists typically earn an additional $10-$15 per hour through upgrades. Tips: Enjoy generous tips averaging 18%–25% of the nonmember price. Tips are conveniently paid out directly to you via Zenoti, our secure digital partner. On average, therapists earn $20–$30 in tips per base service — and even more with upgrades.
Full-Time Massage Therapists: Our high-performing therapists typically earn $65,000–$88,000 per year, based on 30 service hours per week and individual performance. Part-Time Massage Therapists: Our high-performing part-time therapists typically earn $33,000–$44,000 per year, based on 15 service hours per week.
