Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or its equivalent from an accredited institution Certifications
Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist CPR certification preferred Additional specialized credentials (e.g., in neurology or geriatrics) are beneficial but not mandatory Skills
