Experienced Professionals: Prior experience in a veterinary hospital is required, with RVT certification highly preferred. Surgical Expertise: Skills in veterinary dental cleanings and surgical procedures are essential. Leadership Abilities: Confident in directing, mentoring, and supporting fellow team members — especially those interested in or currently serving in Lead RVT capacities. Strong Communicators: Exceptional communication and organizational skills are a must. Customer Service Focus: Delivering an outstanding client experience is second nature to you. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern veterinary software and technology. Positive Energy: Bring enthusiasm, resilience, and a solutions-focused mindset to work every day.
