OverviewAvance Care is seeking a Lead Family Medicine Physician to join a well-established and expanding Medical Group at Avance Care in Durham, NC. Join a wonderful team of dedicated providers, dietitians, and behavioral health therapists. This is a special opportunity to join a growing practice as a mentor and leader, with integrated support of an independent healthcare organization. The Lead Clinician provides clinical leadership and direction to medical providers within assigned clinic location(s), ensuring clinical standards, best practice guidelines, and quality of care are maintained. This role partners with the Office Manager and Area Practice Manager on operational matters while driving provider performance, value-based care initiatives, and compliance with clinical policies and regulation.
