Schedule Full-time shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Job Description We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a skilled nursing facility (SNF) located in North Scottsdale. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, helping individuals regain their independence through therapeutic interventions. ResponsibilitiesConduct evaluations and assessments to determine patients' therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' mobility and daily living skills. Documentation of patient progress and outcomes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care. Required Experience / Certifications / LicensureCurrent state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
