Educate patients and their families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention techniques. Maintain a clean and safe therapy environment in compliance with healthcare standards. Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care and progress. Adhere to all clinical policies, safety protocols, and documentation requirements. Qualifications:
Valid Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (CPTA) license or credential. Proven experience in a SNF or similar healthcare setting preferred. Strong understanding of physical therapy techniques and protocols. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Demonstrate compassion and professionalism when working with patients. Benefits & Growth:
