Provide mental health assessments, individual and group counseling sessions to UC. Conduct screenings for human trafficking, trauma and substance abuse Provide on-site Crisis intervention/Assessment/Rapid Intervention for any child identified as in need. Coordinate and communicate mental health treatment needs of UCs within multi-disciplinary team. Participation in on going training initiatives Responsible for Implementation of SPARCS group treatment evidence based modality and comply with timely reporting of standards as established by the model developer. Prepare case notes for each session/contact and treatment summaries to report on progress or areas of concern. Provide Clinical Supervision of Visitation when special request has been issued. Work in partnership with the Lead Clinician in order to maintain compliance standards and develop strategies to promote growth and change within the program. Provide 24-hour on-call support to all agency personnel and ORR contacts.
