Master's degree from a recognized Physician Assistant program Completion of clinical rotations with a focus on surgery is highly preferred Certifications
Current and unrestricted PA-C certification BLS and ACLS certification required State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant Skills
Strong knowledge of surgical principles and sterile techniques Demonstrated ability to interpret diagnostic tests and contribute to complex clinical decisions Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Capacity to excel in high-pressure environments, especially during surgical cases Compassionate bedside manner paired with a profound respect for patients' dignity and autonomy Benefits
