II. Position Qualifications: License/Certification/Education: Required:
1. Graduate of an accredited radiological program. 2. Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or NMTCB certified in diagnostic CT. 3. Licensed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

1. Demonstrated ability to provide quality patient care with minimal supervision in a fast-paced setting, collaborating with peers to product optimum results. 2. Verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with patients and families. Preferred:
1. N/A. Unless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements.
Department-specific competencies and their measurements will be developed and maintained in the individual departments. The competencies will be maintained and attached to the departmental job description. Responsible managers will review competencies with position incumbents. III. Physical Demands and Environmental Conditions:
Constantly: Standing, Walking, Repetitive Movements, Working Indoors, Precise Motor Skills Required, Precise Hearing Required, Precise Vision Required; Color Vision Required; Lifting - Less than 10 pounds to 100 pounds; Pushing - Less than 10 pounds to more than 100 pounds. Frequently: Sitting, Pushing, Pulling, Twisting, Bending, Reaching, Grasping, High Stress Level; Carrying - Less than 10 pounds to 20 pounds; Pulling - Less than 10 pounds to more than 100 pounds. Occasionally: Climbing, Balancing, Kneeling, Heights. Never: Crawling, Working Outdoors, Temperature Extremes.

II. Position Qualifications: License/Certification/Education: Required: 1. AART certification in Radiology or NMTCB in Nuclear Medicine Required. RTR licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required 2. Must take the initial exam for the ARRT certification in CT Scan within 6 months of the completion of the required competencies. 3. Exam delays will be reviewed on a case by case basis. 4. Must pass the ARRT CT certification exam within 12 months. 5. BLS certification with 30 days of hire.
