Master's degree from a recognized Physician Assistant program Completion of clinical rotations with a focus on surgery is highly preferred Certifications
Current and valid PA-C certification BLS and ACLS certifications are mandatory State licensure (or eligibility) as a Physician Assistant Skills
Extensive knowledge of surgical techniques and sterile practices Proven capability in interpreting diagnostic tests and influencing complex clinical decisions Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Able to perform well in high-pressure scenarios, particularly in surgical settings Empathetic bedside manner with deep respect for every patient's dignity and autonomy Benefits
