Job Responsibilities
Cultivate Personalized Therapy Plans: Assess patients' requirements and design tailored treatment programs to help them achieve their functional aspirations. Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply proven methodologies to boost patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and daily living activities. Engage with Interdisciplinary Partners: Collaborate effectively with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to facilitate comprehensive, holistic healing. Educate Patients and Families: Provide guidance to patients and their families on therapy practices to encourage progression beyond the clinic. Assess and Document Progress: Record clinical developments and modify treatment strategies as necessary, ensuring patients are on the right path. Education
Diploma in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university Ongoing education or additional certifications are welcomed and supported Certifications
Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required Essential Skills
