Schedule Shift: 12-hour night shifts, 7 PM - 7 AM, with every 3rd weekend and holiday rotation. Job Description Join our dedicated team at a Critical Access Hospital where patient care comes first. As a Registered Nurse Med Surg, you will benefit from manageable patient ratios, supportive leadership, and a collaborative work environment. ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality patient care in a med/surg setting. Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Educate patients and families on health management and treatment plans.
