Schedule Monday through Friday / 8-hour days Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing evaluations and therapy interventions to patients in a long-term acute care hospital setting. The role requires a compassionate approach to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. ResponsibilitiesConduct evaluations and assessments of patients' physical therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluation results. Provide therapy interventions to help patients improve their physical abilities. Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and facility standards. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Applicants must possess a valid Physical Therapist license for the state of Florida.
