In this role, you will be the backbone of our sales operations, responsible for accurately creating, entering, and updating sales contracts for the entire company. If you possess a keen eye for detail, thrive in date-heavy environments, and enjoy ensuring information is accurate and accessible, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Draft and Review: Prepare, edit, and review sales contracts, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
Negotiate Terms: Facilitate contract negotiations between internal stakeholders and clients, ensuring favorable terms while minimizing risk.
Manage the Lifecycle: Oversee contracts from initial drafting through revisions, approvals, and final execution.
Maintain Compliance: Ensure all agreements align with company policies, legal requirements, and pricing guidelines.
Track & Organize: Maintain accurate records and track contract status in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and contract management systems.
Qualifications
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in contract administration, paralegal work, or sales operations (specifically handling B2B software or service contracts).
Legal Acumen: Strong understanding of contract terms, liability, and risk mitigation.
Tech-Savviness: Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools (e.g., DocuSign Insight, PandaDoc).
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex legal terms to non-legal sales teams.
Compensation The compensation for this position will be $21-$23/hr. depending on experience.
