We're seeking an Art Expert who is a true craftsperson and a technical leader who is responsible for ensuring our team operates with the highest integrity and highest artistry when completing a customer's order. They are responsible for instilling best in class art safety procedures and role modeling the care and attention required to deliver the highest quality product. The Art Expert works to drive customer satisfaction, talent development, and knowledge growth across our Art Technician and production teams. They will help coach the team on each element of our production process and be an expert themselves in art receiving, mounting, assembly, art care and repair techniques. This role has supervisory responsibilities and is a leader on the floor, instilling reverence for art and motivating, developing, and coaching a team towards success. This position has direct people responsibility. This role is critical in helping our customers entrust us with their most valued pieces and give them confidence that Framebridge is an expert in art care. As a Framebridge Team Member, You Will:

As An Art Expert, You Will:
Oversee the production team in proper techniques to ensure art and people safety, high quality and customer happiness Serve as in the in-house expert on complex and high value art as well as the in-house expert on best in class techniques Responsible for managing a team and leading them to success via servant leadership, people-first management skills, and a player-coach mentality. Drives team and individual metrics by communicating job expectations and performance goals; planning, monitoring, and appraising business and individual results (KPIs and behavioral); coaching, counseling, and managing employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning team members based on business and talent needs; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; resolving problems Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization and customer standards. Responsible for role modeling art care and rolling out processes that embed art appreciation throughout the factory Work cross functionally with internal teams on process improvements, areas for growth, and product innovation Serve as the subject matter expert on how to mount, frame, assemble, repair art for existing and new products Participate in any employee certification programs and provide input and direction for training materials, methods and media Provide recommendations on where teams can improve or optimize when it comes to quality, best in class process, and upskilling to the Operations Leadership team Maintain a consistent presence on the manufacturing floor to observe techniques Resolves team members' problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action. Fulfill work orders that require higher level expertise and attention
Who You Are:

Meticulous attention to detail, with an acute eye and steady hands Interpersonal savviness who uses diplomacy, tact, and builds rapports across different functions Understands different art mediums and can discern what is needed to successfully frame or repair accordingly Versatility and ability to navigate ambiguity, fast-paced environment Natural ability to lead via influence Association with Professional Picture Framers Associates Experience working in a custom-product business Knowledge of different materials, adhesives, and other tools and inputs that make for beautifully framed custom art Degree in the arts

Salary Information: The base range is $75K-$80K- potential performance bonuses. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
