We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This role sits at the heart of our sales and marketing operations; keeping things organized, moving, and running smoothly so our sales team can do what they do best. You'll wear a lot of hats, work across departments, and make a real impact on the day-to-day success of the business. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems before anyone notices them, and takes pride in being the person the team relies on, this role is for you. Manage tradeshow inventory, logistics, and materials. Assist with scheduling meetings, customer follow-ups, and sales activities Manages vendors, orders and manages inventory for products, samples and print materials that support the sales team efforts Prepare onboarding materials for new hires Maintain digital retail tools on Coast of Maine, Master Nursery and Frey websites Prepare and maintain sales reports, presentations, proposals, and customer documentation Design and create product renders for all sales materials Research market areas to identify and develop new lead opportunities Support sales with sell-in material development and sales deck development Lead or support various projects that drive sales team success throughout the year Travel occasionally to customers, sales managers, or trade shows as needed Assist with special projects and process improvement initiatives Order branded merchandise for sales team and broader Coast of Maine needs Perform other duties as assigned We're looking for someone who not only has the skills for the job but shares the values that define our culture: Beloved Products

You communicate with clarity and warmth, and you build trust naturally with the people you work with Bachelor's degree in Agriculture (Ag Business, Ag Econ, Ag communications), Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred 2+ years of experience in administrative support, sales support, customer service, or marketing Strong organizational and time management skills with sharp attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Design skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Ability to juggle multiple priorities with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-first attitude Comfortable working both independently and as part of a close-knit team We're a company that genuinely cares; about our products, our planet, our customers, our consumers and our people.
